Virginia State Tournament Umpire Association
The Virginia State Tournament Umpire Association (VSTUA) was formed in 1969 to provide the Virginia state Little League program the highest-quality umpires possible. The VSTUA meets twice per year to develop rule knowledge, field mechanics and decorum, and the highest standards of character and discipline. Any volunteer umpire who has served, at a minimum, one game as a base or plate umpire during a Virginia state Little League tournament is eligible to become a member of the Association.
